“Matthew and I first met almost a decade ago while working at a little pizza place together. While talking one day, we realized that we actually lived a couple houses down from each other! We had gone to different high schools and never ran into each other before working together. We began spending time together as friends and I became just one of the guys, even though the whole time I thought he was the man I was supposed to marry one day. We would play poker, video games, and football together. We would stop by to visit on holidays, too. I remember one Christmas where he came by to help my little brother put together his new toys. Time went on and even though we dated other people we were still drawn back to each other. He called me one day and told me he how much he really cared for me and after five years of being just friends, we started dating. After three years of dating, we bought a house together and got engaged. I never wanted a big wedding but Matthew wanted our family to be there for our big day. I began planning right way.”

“After looking through dozens of different halls, we didn’t find anything we were in love with. I began searching for something more and that’s when I found Castle Farms’ website. I knew it was perfect for us, and Matthew agreed. We booked the King’s West Garden Room that day. I did all my planning from then on through emails and phone calls. I went off the preferred vendors list to find all the vendors and Janelle helped me with all my questions.”

“I woke up the day of the wedding to find dark clouds and a lot of rain. I knew that we were not going to have the outside ceremony that we planned on. We still wanted to make the most of our day, though. My fabulous bridesmaids went out and bought hot pink and lime green umbrellas to go with the colors of the wedding and we were able to take some great pictures with them. I was able to see the reception area and it was just how I wanted it. The staff was so helpful with everything and I had nothing to worry about the whole day. Even though it rained, Matthew and I were still able to have our dream wedding.”
