Event Calendar at Castle Farms

At Castle Farms, we care about our community, and our event planning is designed to reflect a spirit of cooperation and civic concern. Educational workshops to inform and entertain the general public are designed to benefit non-profit organizations, while children’s events, such as Prince and Princess Story time, delight little ones with simple wholesome fare.   • May 9th The Not So Real Castle Wedding
    The Not So Real Castle Wedding is the hottest way for brides and grooms to experience Castle Farms and top Northern Michigan wedding vendors. Witness firsthand how professionals handle each aspect of a wedding, including catering, ministerial services, photography, transportation, entertainment, and more. See, taste and experience everything that would take place at a real wedding – such as your very own! The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, with dinner and dancing until 10:00pm. $30 per person, tickets must be purchased in advance by April 28th.
  • May 10th Mother’s Day Tea
    Treat Mom to an afternoon of tea, treats, and pampering. 2pm-4pm, $20 per person
  • May 25th Local Appreciation Day
    FREE tours for locals all day! Bring your id from Charlevoix, Emmet, Otsego or Antrim County. Snowbirds, bring 3 pieces of mail addressed to you in one of these counties. All others $5 per person
  • June 16th Fairy Garden Make & Take
    Bring your garden pots and learn to create a unique fairy garden. 6:30pm, free admission
  • June 17th Twilight Tour & Farm-to-Table Dinner
    Spend a memorable evening at Castle Farms on a summer Twilight Tour. Begin your evening with a delicious four-course Farm-To-Table dinner catered by A Matter of Taste (September Twilight Tour features tour prior to dinner). Following dinner, set off on your guided tour. Stroll the grounds and buildings and learn about the history and hear stories from our knowledgeable tour guides. Breathtaking photo opportunities. Twilight Tours offered exclusively four times during the summer season: June 17, July 15, August 12 and September 16. Reservations required. $50 per person.     See wedding gowns and quilts dating as far back as the 1800′s. Part of your self-guided tour.

    Join us for kids activities and train stories at 11am and 3pm, $5 per person

    Visit our Fiber Artists to see one-of-a-kind works of art and unique fiber-related items, plus visit our skilled fine Crafters – all in one weekend, all in one place. 10am-4pm Friday-Sunday, $6 per person

  • December 5th-6th Santa’s Train Wonderland
    Enjoy our trains and visit with Santa. 10am-3pm, Admission $5 per person (3 and up) VIP Santa Pass $20 per child
  • December 31st Modern Day Masquerade
    Join us at the Castle on New Year’s Eve as we usher out the Old Year and ring in the New! 9pm-1am, $45 per person
