Be sure to visit our beautiful beaches with crystal blue water! Enjoy all kinds of water activities, including boating, swimming and skiing. Also, don't forget to look for the Petoskey Stone along the sandy beaches while you are here!

If you are interested in shopping, you are in luck! From Art Galleries to Antique Stores to Clothing Stores to Toy Stores, there is a store for everyone. Friske Orchards doubles as a shopping destination with a cafe and an activity center for the family! They also have a small petting zoo and events throughout the year!

When your feet get weary and your stomach is growling, you will want to visit one of many restaurants in the area. From fancy to fun, your whole family will enjoy the atmosphere and food. If you are on the boat, there is a drive-thru food station and restaurants where you can park and eat along the water.

For the historian, you won't want to miss the Earl Young Home Tour. Stone-made homes and businesses built in the early to mid 1900's are breathtaking and place you in a fairytale land. There are also local museums and a historical society you want to be sure to visit.

Charlevoix offers plenty of recreational opportunities such as, golfing, fishing, boat charters, dinner cruises, hiking, biking, parks, and much more! For those interested in a fun eco-tourism experience, Petoskey Pedicab provides a relaxing tour or taxi-ride. Kids will love a visit to a Llama Farm and the Raven Hill Discovery Center where a fun time will be had by all with exotic animals and scientific displays!
