1918 Cellars Wine Room Associate
As a Wine Room Associate, you will be responsible for providing the best possible experience to each guest, while developing a relationship that promotes sales and brand loyalty. Tasks for this role include being able to answer guest questions, pouring wine and hard cider, and selling items from the 1918 Cellars Bistro. Wine Room Associates will greet guests in a positive way while being able to answer visitor questions about Castle Farms’ history and to give wine recommendations. This position will also consist of helping assemble displays, stocking retail items, and maintaining a clean facility.
This is a seasonal position. We are looking to hire one full-time employee and two part-time employees.
Castle Farms is urgently hiring for a new Venue Coordinator(s). Venue Coordinators are assigned clients two months out from the event date, becoming those clients’ main contact at Castle Farms through their event day. For wedding couples, you must answer questions related to the venue and their vendors’ service here, give recommendations on their unique room layout based on what they have at their wedding and how our venue is laid out, receive information in the Set-Up Packet on their ceremony and timeline plans and use that to run rehearsal the day prior and keep everything moving the day of their wedding for a timely ceremony start and smooth reception.
This is a seasonal full-time position.
Assistant Venue Coordinator
Two Year-Round Part-Time Positions (between 10-24 hours each week May – October; hours vary November – April based on event schedule)

If you are a night owl, we want to talk to you! Castle Farms is seeking an energetic, hard-working individual to assist our Venue Coordinators in facilitating wedding ceremonies, as well as closing receptions and other events. This individual must be mature, outgoing, and willing to work weekends and late evenings. The position requires customer service skills, quick problem solving, exceptional communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and initiative. We’re looking for someone who can carry out our high standards for events as well as follow COVID-19 safety guidelines while doing minor clean up at the end of the night.
Want to make some extra money on the weekends?! Our housekeeping department is looking for part-time individuals to work in the mornings. Our team loves that they can leave early in the day and still enjoy their weekend afternoons and evenings! These individuals must be self-starters and mature, personable team players with an eye for detail. The positions require good communication skills, problem-solving, and the ability to effectively carry out tasks as assigned.
Castle Farms is looking for a patient, fun individual to be our on-site Daycare Assistant. This individual must be 18+ years old, is recommended to have CPR and First Aid training, be good with kids and be able to pass a background check. The schedule is generally Monday through Thursday with weekends off. Previous childcare experience is a plus!
